I am forced into rehab center I want to live according to my will

From 12years i am forced into rehab by my wife and children and in laws, how to acquire my rights to live by my self. And i will be working by my self and earn so no one can force me to a rehabilitation center and i need a legal document to live by my will and wish by not depending on any one
Article 21 provides a right to life for everyone under the constitution of India. You Can get a letter from rehabilitation centre or the competent court proving that you are sane and of sound mind to live a life by your own accord.
