I am buying a property, the seller is a lady currently in abroad

I am buying a property, the seller is a lady currently in abroad, her father has the gpa which is registered and he says he has the powers to register the property. I wanted to know if any problem if I get it registered from her father.? Or is there any steps which I can take so that there will be no more isuues in future after getting registered by her father who is gpa holder?

A sale can be executed through a valid GPA and other necessary documents. Firstly please ask for proper identification and also go through the original GPA thoroughly. Secondly verify the registration of this GPA. Thirdly go through the ancillary documents and then you'll know if it's a genuine seller or not.
