How To Request Court To Digitize The Documents In Case Bundle

Dear Lawyers, other party with their influence is trying to tamper the documents in case bundle. I am planning to request judge to digitize the whole documents filed so far in the case bundle by both parties. Shall I request it through a memo or do I need to invoke inherent power of court under 151 cpc and file a petition? Please suggest.
you can file a petition under 151 invoking inherent power of the court you are planning to make the judge digitize the whole case please see what the other parties are doing to their case invoke section 151 of the case
