How to identify as General category

I belong to Hindu religion. I will be getting married to a man from Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh. He belongs to Balija community. My parents want a proof that he belongs to general category. Since general category doesnt have any specific document, how can we give them some authentic proof.

school or college Tc sometimes contains the clause of community and category which many times taken as authentic for the proof of Category in case of OC
