How to Cancel OBC certificate which is genuine.

my father has genuine ST certificate from Rajasthan i have OBC certificate from M.P, i want to surrender OBC certificate (which i have used
for addmission in college and School unknowingly in M.P without any scholarship benefits) both certificate were genuine, obc certificate was issued behalf of me by school from SDM, OBC CL certificate has seal (विशेष अभियान के अंतर्गत जारी) i want to surrender my obc CL certificate without loosing my degree ,what i can do now. to get ST certificate legally.
If you have used the certificate to get school and college admission then you cannot say now that you did this unintentionally.
Although change of caste is not allowed in india. But you can surrender your caste certificate before the issuing authority. Be aware that if they find that the certificate was issued upon providing false information then they can file criminal case against you.
