How can we get the stay order on application.
30-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir it's a OS case partition suit we are defendant
Our property consist of 3floor. On ground floor 4shops out of which 1 shop is in the our custody plentiff has admitted in the court notice even though they have filled application to open the shop which is in our custody.is it possible?
You can get a stay if you file an application under order 39 rule 1 and 2 of cpc. I need more details to advise whether you need stay or vacate stay already granted by court.
