How can a non-affiliated school be closed

I want to ask that how can a illegal school can be shut? A unrecognised school is running in my locality. charging high fees they are manipulating people by providing transfer certification with some other schools name. A conspiracy between these two schools is making fraud and spoiling children future. they are earning in crores without payingt taxes. There is no society/trust running this school. what to do and how to do it? I want this school to be closed as soon as possible. What should I do?
You should contact to the concerned officer of the education department and minister of education with evidence regarding his non affliation with any school and tell them about the conduct of the school. Give complaint then in writing. Theraafter you can file right to information application what action has taken that officer on your application.
