stay order Dated 12.08.2025 in SB Civil Writ Petition 12290/2025 M/s Ram Narayan Contractor-Petitioner Verses State of Rajasthan-Respondent In the meantime, respondents are directed to provisionally allow the petitioner to participate in the process of tender (s); it is made clear that the condition of pending litigation will not be considered as an impediment in further process. Withal, no work order be issued without permission of the court. Is this stay order is applicable on Future Tenders?

No the stay order would not be applicable on the future tender although it will help you for considering to participate in tender in near future if they decline you to participate than you can show this stay order if still not than again you will be requiring to move to the high court
