had done my court marriage in Srinagar but how can I check is real or fake that I have done in the judiciary court of srinagar..there is only notary seal and memorandum of agreement...is this valid marriage or not I have confusion

You can send me the photo on WhatsApp and I may give the real feedback, there is a vital difference between the notary and judicial attestation. Better for you was to get a protection order from the Hon’ble High Court, which serves as recognition of the Marriage

Tha marriage is valid if all the requirements of a valid Nikah have been fulfilled, i.e. willful and unequivocal offer and acceptance, free consent, competence of parties, presence of witnesses and fixing of Mahr. In case its validity is disputed, it would require to be proved in a Court of Law and if all requirements of valid nikah are existing, then the marriage would be held valid.
