Guest taken the alcohol in the car

Owner add the car online platforms zoomcar, zoomcar team issue the car to the guest and guest keep the alcohol in the car and bihar police caught him, and police' did the FIR against of car as well please advise how i can release the car
You will have to approach to the concerned Magistrate Court seeking possession of the vehicle being an owner. The Court after examining the FIR, the offences and ownership documents might release at its discretion by imposing suitable conditions.
