GS land ek gram sabha land hoti hai jispe gram sabha ya gaon sabha ka adhikaar hota hai. Is tarak hi land pe koi individual apna makaan etc nai bana sakta. Gaon me akasar jo khalihaan ya bagh hote hain wo is GS land k andar aate hain aur jiska maintainance etc gram padhan ki zimmedaari hoti hai
