Graduation Degree Certificate not issue by college

Since you have already completed graduation in 2022, paid all fees, submitted documents and yet your college has not issued the degree certificate even after three years, you should first file a written representation to the college principal and Controller of Examinations, Mumbai University attaching fee receipts, marksheets and prior communications, then immediately file an RTI application under the RTI Act to the University asking the status and reasons for delay, as they are bound to reply within 30 days; simultaneously you may lodge a complaint with the University Grievance Redressal Cell to create pressure, and if still unresolved, the next step is to issue a legal notice to the college and Registrar demanding issuance of the degree within a fixed time, failing which you can move the Bombay High Court
