What is the procedure to give power of attorney POA from USA to a person in India?
Instructions for foreign GPA:
1. Firstly we will prepare a POA draft and You have to fill up the date, before you get the notary done and fill in all the blank space in the below mentioned General Power of Attorney;
2. Print it on white bond sheets of paper and sign on all the sheets/papers at the bottom except the last page, last page, sign above the name;
3. Along with two witnesses signature (name and address) on the last sheet of the above General Power of Attorney;
4. Get the General Power of Attorney authenticated by a Notary Public, or any Court, Judge, Magistrate, Indian Consul or Vice- Consul, or representative of the Central Government and send it back by courier to India at the earliest.
