Mere dadaji ke naam par 20 kattha zameen thi (10 kattha roadside + 10 kattha farming). Unka dehant 2009 mein ho gaya. Waris sirf mere pita aur chacha the. Mutation ya partition kabhi nahi hua, zameen ab tak dadaji ke naam par hai. Oct 2014 mein chacha ne akele 2 kattha roadside land ₹2,00,000 mein bechi. Feb 2015 mein papa ne akele 5 kattha farming land ₹80,000 mein bechi. Feb 2015 mein hi papa, chacha aur dadi ne joint consent se 3 kattha zameen ₹2,50,000 mein bechi. Baad mein Feb 2015 mein chacha ne papa se dhokhe se daan kewala sign karwa liya, jisme bachi 10 kattha zameen (5 roadside + 5 farming) apne bete ke naam gift kar di. Jabki us samay na mutation hua tha, na papa ke paas ownership thi. Gift illegal hai. Main us waqt 15 saal ka minor tha. Mera hissa bina kanooni tareeke se chhinaa gaya. Main daan kewala cancel karwana chahta hoon. Free legal aid chahiye.

Property once gifted cannot be revoked, as such, the property which has been gifted by your father cannot be revoked. At the maximum you can file gift deed cancellation but it won't be fruitful. Although this principle applies for self acquired properties, if the property is coparcenary then you can fight for your right by filing the deed cancellation and title partition suit.
