Getting birth certificate for a child

I am not married but I am pregnant with a child of the man who is married to someone else. Will there be any problems in getting birth certificate for my baby?

Mothers name alone can be mentioned in a birth certificate and obtained. There will not be any issue but it might take sometime. There is a Kerala high court judgment delivered last year in this regard
