For NOC and Changing advocate in CAT

My Question is that How can I change advocate in my existing case in CAT Ahmedabad??? Is NOC required for it from previous advocate?? How can I take NOC if required?? And any type of affidavit is required for changing advocate in CAT Ahmedabad???
