For dispute of shared wall of house

We have share wall in our house, first we have built the full common wall and at that time our neighbours agree to give share and now they are denied to give share of cost of wall and want to forcefully joint the wall can we do legal action against him and they also have done illegal construction without permission on other side what to do now?

Your light and air can't be prevented by any construction without your written permission. So in this case, after looking at the maps, one can form proper legal opinion about the right course of action. However, if your wall costs are unpaid and illegally you're neighbour is increasing the height of the wall then you have all the rights to take legal action against such wrong-doer.
