on family members certificate sanction mro has sent a notice to grampanchayath an was pasted on notice board. but sarpanch and his ward members " general body ' made teermanam and sent on sarpanch letter pad not to sanction family member certificate.
the allegation by sarpanch not withstood and after 9 months family member certificate issued by mro. can i proceed for defamation suit on surpanch for allegation intentional and defamed me and my mother. by writing a fake information on his letter
you have to file a writ petition against gram panchayat for passing that order against which they passed I guessing you were not aware of such order even if such letter or whatever is passed it will not bind the authorities they have to issue certificate along with that you can file defamation also
