Flour mill operating in residential area causing noise pollution

Flour mill operating near by shop , where in shop 10 to 10 feet only having three machine installed , whenever machine operate high noise pollution , no piece of mind and resident surrounding suffering a lot , because of the owner running shop is from govt municipal and threatening other i have valid license and some of near resident given NOC 10 years back . Old age people and kids education are getting affecting , Formal information given to concern flour mill owner , seems he is not concern about other issue .very annoying and some reason getting mental depression

Such small scale industry namely flour mills and small workshops are allowed to function in the residential areas.
Actually they are permitted to function for the benefit of the surrounding people.
Any complaint given with regard to noise pollution shall not be taken heed by authorities because they are not illegal.
You have to adjust.
