Fees refund and defamation related

I paid fees for my son in a private school when admitted my son I signed that I won't ask refund In future at any cost. Shall I get refund. I sent one letter to School principal and copy to CEO , DEO and collector regard refund but I got legal notice from school advocate that I should apologise or defamation case will be files against me. What to do . Pls answer me in detail

hi Felix here I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can reply to the legal notice sent by the institution and seek clarification as to why they would file a defamation case against you since you have approached all the legal ways to get your relief then legally seek for refund of the fees paid, thank you, you can contact me for further clarification
