Father's name discrepancy for my passport application process

My father's name in all my educational documents mentioned is 'Jacob' whereas on my government Identity care Aadhar and PAN it's mentioned as 'Yakub' will this create a problem for my passport application and how this could be resolved in simple ways.?

with affidavit and proof of corrected name like academic record and other documents like rashan card, samagra id you may make your father's name corrected, if it has tried and went bogus then you may also process for gazette publication, after publication in gazette, a copy of the same should be sent to PAN office along with application and all other required documents
