Factory noise pollution on my next to my house

There is a factory on my back where does I live.he operate it day and night.i told Him so many time to close it on night time bcoz we have to sleep and it’s noise bother us a lot.but he does not care of it.sound and vibration from this factory make me sick.i have already high blood pressure.please look into the matter and give me an appropriate solution.

Firstly you need to tell in which area your house is situated; whether it’s industrial area or residential area. If it’s residential area then the factory owner can’t operate it without proper license or permission. If it’s in industrial area, then also he needs to have permission to operate his factory in the night time. You can approach your SDM by submitting an application of nuisance and he would be summoned there for his acts and punished accordingly.
