Encroachment of Residential streets by heavy to medium trucks

I have a concern with regard to parking of heavy and medium trucks right on the streets of residential area / Colony and my neighbouring plot is allowed to station the trucks causing disturbance and affecting the peace and tranquility in the area. Please suggest a solution to address the issue

you can file suit for injunction against them and which restrict them to park the vehicles in public place without disturbance you need to implead the authority and as well the neighbouring owners who are parking the trucks improperly
