eligibility for EWS certificate in Uttar Pradesh

22-Apr-2025 (In Civil Law)
My father is retired and receives a pension of ₹12,000 per annum. My mother works in the private sector and earns ₹1,88,400 per annum. Hence, I fall under the EWS category based on parental income. However, my brother (27, unmarried) earns around ₹17 LPA. He transfers most of his earnings to our parents’ accounts and withdraws as needed for his personal expenses. His income is not used for my education or personal needs. Am I still eligible for EWS or does this arrangement disqualify me?

in the ews scheme refer to the constitution of india your brother earned 17 lakhs per annum he transfers some to his parents account you are not funded by him so you have to study the rules to see whether you still fall in the ews
