Echallan showing on Mparivahan but no details in Gurgaon court databas

Hi, I have a quite old echallan from 2018 for wrong parking and it is showing on mparivahan but it isn't appearing in Gurgaon court database as I was told on a visit. How do I settle the challan in this regard as I am looking to sell my car now? Please guide. Thanks
