Doris bbook new registration issue

I want to apply for inspection of 2014 year index register and CTC. Whenever I do new registration in doris bbook after filling all details it shows " Email id has been changed. Please verify email first" but email verify option does not show. This problem is occurring since 20 days at least and i raised complaint on edistrict portal but nothing happened. How can I get my id created or apply for ctc.

I believe that a physical copy for inspection of record can also be submitted in the office of concerned su registrar. this is to the best of my knowledge visit the concerned registrars office and enquire from them for both online and offline application method.

DORIS glitch is common. Try new email in incognito, check spam for verify link. If fails, apply offline at concerned SRO for Index II inspection & CTC with Year, Book No details. Also raise grievance on PGMS Delhi.

You can make a written application to the concerned Sub-Registrar/Registrar seeking inspection of the 2014 Index Register/B-Book and CTC, while mentioning that the online facility is inaccessible because of the email-verification error.

create a new NGDRS citizen account using your present mobile number & a new username. find on Delhi Revenue department e- service for property address see first & last page of sale deed for sellers name, purchasers name, registration date/ year & locality
