Domicile certificate in Tamilnadu

I was born & brought up in kerala. I am working in Tamilnadu for past 7 years.I do not have domicile certificate in Tamlinadu.I got married 2 years ago.Wife also was born and brought up in kerala.Can my wife get Tamilnadu domicile certificate to write neet PG?
