In the order Court stay the order and let notice be issued to the respondent no. 2 through all medium including electronic medium. Court direct me to submit reply in 4 weeks. Since the court has already directed that notice be served through all mediums including electronic mode, it is safer not to wait for the physical summons. You may file your reply or caveat based on the order you’ve received, mentioning that you came to know of it through the petitioner. This ensures you comply with the court’s timeline and avoid any adverse order for non-appearance or delay.

I believe you wanted the answer keys copies in the first place and based upon that you secured CIC order in the second appeal. Due to Hon'ble court's indulgence, a stay order was imposed upon CIC's order, because of which, you couldn't secure the answer keys copies till date. In this scenario, you are the one who is in dire need of those answers keys and I don't see any point for you to wait for the official summons from court so that you could reply. The faster this matter is solved the better it is for you to secure the answer keys in a speedy manner. No good advocate would tell you to delay the proceedings. Choose one wisely. Good luck!

Please share the court order for better Assistance and discussion . However if you are respondent , you will receive Notice from the court and then only you are bound to respond and if you want to reply before receipt of notice, you may do so.

If you haven't received any notice from the court then you are not duty bound to reply to anyone. But if you are under the presumption that you might get the copy of the summons then it's advisable for you to atleast get the reply ready. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If the court has passed an interim stay order against the CIC direction and directed that notice be issued to you (respondent no. 2) through all mediums, including electronic means, you should not ignore the matter even if you have not yet received the official summons. Since the order specifically mentions that notice be served through electronic medium, knowledge of the order itself is sufficient to treat you as aware of the proceedings. It is advisable to verify the case details from the court’s official website or eCourts portal using the case number or party name. Once verified, you may file your reply or caveat within the 4-week period mentioned in the order to avoid any risk of being proceeded ex parte or losing your opportunity to contest the stay. Filing your response proactively shows good faith and prevents procedural delay. However, if you are unsure about the authenticity of the order shared by the other party, you can first obtain a certified copy from the court registry and then file your reply accordingly. In summary, do not wait indefinitely for a formal summons if you are already aware of the order — either file your reply within time or engage an advocate to confirm the order status and take prompt legal action.
