Dismissal of revival of petition

The petitioner did not appear on the dates of court....showing screenshot that date was of later day... This is clearly negligence by petitioner and they were present at the last date of hearing Can such screenshot be applicable? And if they were present on the last date then they must be aware of the next date

if the petition has been filed then it must have been through an advocate and the advocate should have known the date of the hearing because that is given by the court in the court room itself. The question here does not clarify a lot of points and it is advised that speak to an advocate in person and explain the matter so that proper advice can be obtained
