10-Feb-2024 (In Civil Law)
Graduated on July 2021from Philippines and passed FMGE in June 2022, have permanent registration with Maharashtra medical council since 31/10/2022, worked in multiple hospitals including government in Maharashtra, DMC rejected registration stating that I have to undergo additional one year internship in India as per CRMI regulations 2021, but since I have graduated before coming into these regulations , previous rules will be applied to me. Which doesn't require to do additional internship.

In accordance with what you state, an appropriate legal representation shall be given to the DMC as well as the MCI that the unnecessary compliance of the regulation does not apply in your case. Thereafter, an application before the appropriate Court will be moved seeking relief in your favour.

since it is a matter of Maharashtra, it is much easier if the question can be put up directly to the advocate in your region. It needs to be explained in person to the advocate there and he/she will be able to solve your case easily
