Defamation suit for recovery of damages against newspapers

Can a newspaper write a defamatory news article when the employer terminates the services of the employee with a discharge simplicitor without any allegation of misconduct contained in it.

Newspaper cannot write defamatory news article. However it depends upon other situation and conditions. Further there are other aspects which need to be seen so for better advice Please connect with me

the word defamation has been defined by the Acts in India and unless the same has been checked it cannot be said that the Article is Defamatory or not. It is advisable that you discuss the same with an advocate in person to get the right opinion
