I purchased 32 guntas of agricultural land from a 1.32-acre plot that has a loan of 4 lakhs. Now, is the loan also our responsibility
how is loan your responsibility, is there any such recitation in the sale deed as such, and is that the loan borrowed by your vendor, fi your vendor is liable first of all he can't alienate you without the creditors NOC it's called fraudulent transfer under the Indian transfer of property act, is your sale deed is registered? first clarity all these factual positions so that I can navigate a legal method to overcome the problem
