Date of Birth wrongly mentioned in 10th certificate while dob cer is c

In my 10th certificate my DOb was wrongly mentioned while my DOB certificate issued by municipality it is correct as 28/03/1992 could you pls let me know as per new DOB law from OCT 1st which one will work while applying govt job and any other.

You will have to approach high court making the board as a party and get directions to change the date of birth. The court will only order when you have solid grounds to show that your date of birth was wrong and other documents show your correct date of birth.
