Credit Card Non Payment and Related case if not settled the account

Hello,
I have been employed since last 5 years due to some health issues, i tried to go for job earlier but due to health issues i needed to come back to home. Hence, no permanent work. I pay my credit card bills on old account as per my conveyance such Rs11 to rs.100. Agency called me and told me to settle the amount and they asked me go and check my near police station as my name will be there. should go and visit police station or he was just telling me to threat.
Not to insult you, but to honestly answer the question that is full of multiple probabilities, I would advise to flip a coin. heads, you head straight to the police station and tails, you go to work and settle the account asap. If they're bluffing, you're still required to pay and settle the pending amount with interest penalty etc. Failing which you'll face consequences such as auctioning your properties and would end up in jail. Your health issues are real and no denials to that, however it's advisable to be fit again an sstart working, and not using the credit card in the meantime.
