I have to file Summary Suit in Mumbai for which I want know the applicable court fees. My Claim amount is More than 1.14 crore. Please give suitable reply. Thanks

For details of the same you have to visit the Court and ask the total Court fees of the amount you have mentioned in your query. If you have appointed any Advocate please ask him or her. If not then you yourself have to go and enquire for the same.

Dear Intended Suitor,
The Court Fees from claim value of Rs 1,00,000 onward the fees increases @ Rs 200 for every Rs 10,000 or part thereof upto Rs 11,00,000 and over Rs. 11,00,000 @ Rs 1,200 for every Rs 1,00,000 or part thereof upto a maximum fee of Rs 3,00,000.

Thus, the court fees for your claim amount shall be around Rs. 1,50,000/-

You have file summary suit hig court or city civil court tell you first peper document is so your claim is proper or not . Than find out your every ditel and suit is proper answer easy for me and you.
