customs officers are not uploading offer letters on the official website and giving materials to a single person/ company. they are not following the terms and conditions mentioned in the customs manual even they are denying any data under RTI Act. I wish to file a writ mandamus to stop the corruption and call the customs officer to present all the tenders in court for verification. please suggest best possible remedy for me to follow

Speaking of writs and RTI Act, it reminds me of Anna Hazare era and the mass protests followed by a digital outrage over the wrongs by the ruling party then. Coming back to the legal issues faced by you, I am of the opinion that filing a writ would fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court of thr concerned State your transactions took place in. It is a good cause that you're willing to work upon, but making it an Application to the Prime Minister Office (PMO) would have quicker resolution to the irregularities faced by you. Still, if you're holding the view if filing a writ petition, you may set-up a meeting with all the relevant information, responses, correspondence/ communications and documents about the legal issue. Feel free to connect.
