Correction in name of my father in my documents

In my birth certificate and marksheet and degree as well, my father name is "Ningappa" instead of "Ninganna " and in my other documents such as aadhar card,pan card and voter ID my father name is "Ninganna" it is the correct one . Now the problem is that I am confused in which one should I change and which one should I not. And my father is no more I only have is pancard and death certificate
To rectify discrepancies in your father's name across documents, you must first obtain an Affidavit for Name Clarification from a notary stating both variations as referring to the same person. Publish a public notice in two newspapers for wider acknowledgement. Thereafter, apply for corrections in either educational records or identity documents, prioritizing the official version in government-issued IDs (Aadhaar and PAN).
