Construction of a toilet for guard in the common parking

We are owners of second floor in a building where rest of the three floors belong to two brothers.We have equal share in the common parking and we want to construct a toilet for our guard in our share of the parking in the area where cars can not be parked.But both the families are not allowing us to construct it saying that we don't have any right to do so.Please advise.

You do have the right to do so under the policy of TCPO (Town and Country Planning Organisation). Serve a notice. In all likelihood this should work. If not, file an application before the appropriate court.

Hello Sir, no construction can be done in any such common parking area. It is illegal. Either you are making it in your parking area. For further detailed consultation please feel free to contact at any time.

We will first have to review the sale deed executed for this property and we can definitely file a suit before a civil judge in this regard. since you are the rightful owner of that portion of parking space you have the right to use it in any way you see fit.
