Construction of a boundary wall

Dear sir, I need your advice on the construction of the boundary wall on our land on which our house was built for hundred of years. We broke our house and wanted to construct boundary thus some people didn't allow us and we moved to court and won order to construct boundary. But whenever we try construction some people start creating problems and work stops. Now i don't know what to do as we have gone legally and work has not processed till now
You can construct the wall as you have been granted the permission to construct the same. If the people still create problems then you can file a complaint against the said persons for nuisance.
