COMPLAINT AGAINST NEIGHBOUR FOR FEEDING STRAY DOGS- WHICH DAMAGES OUR

We have been going through a tough time because of the stray dogs in our streets. These dogs are continuously fed by our neighbor, and as a result, they take shelter around our house. Even though our doors are locked, the whole place stinks because of the litter. Additionally, these dogs have caused significant damage: they tear down the seats and covers of our two-wheelers and even our car cover. Recently, they have started biting the pipelines that lay outside.

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, firstly, do note make a formal complaint to the corporation body, and department of health, they shall issue notice first and remove the dogs from the area , you can contact me for further clarification, thank you
