Clarification regarding obtaining a case number and hearing date

11-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
My lawyer has filed a case in patna high court on 4th Jan. Status of case is showing "waiting for stam reporting".Within how many days case will be updated with case number and when the hearing date will come.If case is not updating then it is whose fault? Is it due to lawyer?

Stamp report updates in two to three days. And the case number is available the same day as the case file.
It may also be that the situation of the stamp report will be in place due to any error in the case file. And because of the attorneys' reasons, they do not actively work due to the client of their fiancée, due to dissatisfaction with those fees.

No lawyer delay the case. It takes 3-4 to get the stamp reporting plus office also points the defects which also takes time. One more thing if you are filling a bail in patna high court it will take a couple of months to hear your case and if you have filed a writ then it will take huge lot of time in usual course. Kindly believe in your lawyer. No body plays with their profession.
