Clarification on getting common road access through agriculture land

My father and uncles had a registered deed for agri land in 1980 without showing road in it. Now these lands are yellow zones. How to get a common road to access our part of land legally. It is my grandfather property.
Hi, As these agricultural land is now shown as Yellow Zones, it is advised to approach the local land development authority for providing an earmarked road access which should also include approachability to your Land as well.
