first u need to send a formal legal notice to your opponent stating that to remove that surveillance from your particular property and after that you need to file a police complaint for your harassment and violation of your right to privacy and then if police is not taking action then you have to file section 163 bnss petition where in basically the executive magistrate or subordinate magistrate will pass the orders for removal of CCTV cameras. Alternatively You can also file a suit for permanent and mandatory injunction to remove CCTV cameras from your premises
