Civil matter and government job

04-Jul-2024 (In Civil Law)
1 year ago I have received a "pre litigation notice" from District Legal service authority(DSLA), Mumbai. It was regarding the recovery of personal loan. My confusion is, I have received a joining letter for a government job, and a declartion form is attached with it. should I mention about this notice in the declaration form? or I can mark 'no' in the columns of declaration form. Kindly reply, because declaration form is a very crucial document, and hiding any fact will lead to termination.

You need not mention the details of the litigation on the attestation form as nothing is started yet and it is just a notice and nothing from the court. But it's advisable for you to reply to the said notice and settle this matter as soon as possible. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
