Civil case property issue-- issues stage, plaintiff sued by unregistered agreement,do i need to attend issues dates , already issues postponed 2 times

As the defendant, attending ensures proper issue framing and avoids future complications. If the suit’s maintainability is to be challenged due to an unregistered agreement objections can be raised now.

It is advised to attend all dates for any new updates or twists in the case or you can send your laywer to do the same for you. It's important to keep a check on your case in each date. Issues stage where the judge will draft certain points/questions out of the suit.
