in case you were born in India then by birth you can claim the citizenship of India. for that your parents are required to give declaration that they wish to get you the Indian citizenship and the order of the court will decide on the process of your citizenship

The Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) does not directly apply to individuals like you, born in India to parents from Nepal, as it primarily concerns migrants from specific countries. However, since you were born in India, you may be eligible for Indian citizenship under the Citizenship Act of 1955. Have to see your documents and date of birth to give specific advise on this.
