Chnage in DOB in birth certificate

I need to chage DOB in birth certificate and for that need affidavid and order of court for such correction in dob and also need affidavit for same correction in LC and Matriculation certificate.
Every instance looks like a different change. First I need to understand, why are there so many mistakes and discrepancies in your certificate and track records?!?

You might be required to file an application before the concerned magistrate to obtain a judicial order to this effect, subject to the evidence available to prove your case, facts and circumstances. Also you have not specified the reason for negligence in keeping the current DOB in the documents and the time of your acknowledgement of the same.
