Hello, civil suit ke liye indian limitation act 1963 ke tahat 3 saal hota h jo ki cheque dishonor hone ki date se shuru hota h uske pehle aapko cheque dishonor karwana hoga aur 30 din k andar memo lekar drawer ko 15 din ka notice bhejna hoga aur fir uske bad case file hoga criminal k liye negotiable instrument act 1881 ke section 138 me complaint kar sakte h

Agar cheque kisi property registry mein mention hai aur paisa nahi mila, toh civil suit (jaise paisa vasooli) 3 saal ke andar file kiya ja sakta hai, registry ya payment ke deny hone ki date se gin ke.
