Change of lawyer after difended dies

My father defended in one property civil suite he is pass away last month , so what is the procedure to change of my father lawyer after his death , in this condition still I wanna take NOC from previous lawyer ,
if the previous has expired then you cannot obtain any NOC.
get your newly appointed advocate to file his / her vakalatnama on record and if possible obtain the death certificate of the previous advocate and file the same supporting an application in the court..it is sufficient to proof no court will thereafter ask for NOC
