Change of category from ews to obc

I am Shaik Abdul Mujeeb and I originally belong to obc(Muslim butchers)category in Andhra Pradesh.But I was not given obc certificate because I my surname has Shaik and the authorities issued EWS certificate.I gathered material to support my claim that surname doesnt effect caste and eventually the authorities issued obc cert I applied for upsc exams with ews certificate in the past.After I got my obc certificate I applied with obc category.Upsc is now questioning the the change.What should I do
